The shortage of skilled workers in the nursing sector has been worsening for years. Germany is ageing and the number of people in need of care is growing due to the increasing proportion of people over 60. Nursing homes and clinics lack staff.
Through our contacts in South America and Eastern Europe, we at Medical Jobs Europe would like to do our part to alleviate the acute shortage of nursing staff and to give institutions a helping hand.
